Growing a heart-led business can often feel like hard work and long hours with endless challenges.

When we’re busy, we often forget to put ourselves first, to care for ourselves, so we overwork, burn out, get frustrated, and then we start to hide.

Early on in my business, I was feeling so frustrated that I wasn't attracting the number of soulmate clients that I truly desired. 

But I was also hiding.

I was worried about being judged and criticised by others and actually, I was my worst critic. I used to put myself down because I didn't believe in my gifts and abilities and to be honest with you, I didn’t like myself much.

For years I invested in training programmes, coaches and communities that fully embodied the hustle culture which led to multiple burnouts and several trips to A&E with a heart rate of 220.

I gave my power away because I didn't believe in myself.

It was only when I reached out and learnt how to do things in a different way......how to BE, that I was able to be more authentically visible and grow my business as a result. 

If we’re not feeling good about ourselves, if we don’t truly accept ourselves and love ourselves, how on earth are we going to go out there and be visible leaders, attract incredible clients and make a difference in this world? 

The opposite of love is fear. And when we are fearful, anxious and stressed we focus on ourselves. 

When we’re expressing love, we’re thinking of others and standing for their vision, and that makes us incredible leaders. Self love is truly aligned to dynamic leadership.

But so often our fears and limiting beliefs hold us back from stepping into our amazing authentic selves. 

We live in a world that sends a constant stream of messages telling us that we can be better, prettier, richer, more successful…..so we can often feel under tremendous pressure to do more and to be more.
